Description of core duties:

  • Ensuring Sales reps retention – team attrition rate should be less than 15%
  • Ensure that there is growth in the number of actual reps.
  • Ensure that there is growth in the number of active reps.
  • Ensure continuous and thorough training of sales reps through E-learning and working with the Training Manager. For them to master the product knowledge.
  • Motivating, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the team members.
  • Sales and recruitment target achievement.
  • Sourcing for new business as a team.
  • Ensure 95% collection rates in conjunction with report from Sales Reps Portfolio Performance from the Sales Analyst.
  • Timely submission of reports that is sales, marketing and training reports.
  • Master and ensure the use of Market force, E learning and Mambu in the team.
  • People management regarding HR issues in the team via reports.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality management system QMS in the team.
  • Assessing Reps Presentations either through role play or actual performance in the field.
  • Average reps score in random written /spoken test that is average performance should be at least 80%.
  • Review of files from the sales reps before Data entry.
  • Coordination of marketing activities in the team.

Description of minimum knowledge, skill and competency needed for the job

  • At least a diploma in Business Administration or Sales and Marketing.
  • At least 1 year experience in sales and leadership in financial institution
  • Good leadership skills
  • Ability to design business strategies
  • Possess analytical skills
  • Good communication, and reporting skills

Description of core duties:

  • Handling Incoming and Outgoing calls
  • Documentation on information
  • Reports on Client needs and how they were handled
  • Handling Customer complaints
  • Seeking customer feedback on the service they receive.
  •  Reminding clients on payment dates.
  • Gathering info about Market trends e.g. how did the client find out about PCL
  • Informing clients and Marketing about the Group’s new Products
  • Liaising with Head Office and /branches
  • Tele-marketing via outgoing calls
  • Converting Incoming calls to sales
  • Referring clients to our closest branches
  • Training on – Customer Care, Telemarketing, discuss on non-work related matters
  • Regular meetings to discuss how the dept is working, how customers are being served, any challenges and sharing info.
  • Provide reports on the performance of the customer care centre and on market trends
  • Giving feedback to Top Management on monthly sales done and assist them In budgeting.
  • Reports on social media and Website and company feedback emails.
  • Regular Updating the database

Description of minimum knowledge, skill and competency needed for the job

  • At least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical processes.

Description of core duties:

  • Ensuring Sales reps retention
  • Ensure that there is growth in the number of actual reps
  •  Ensure that there is growth in the number of active reps
  • Ensure continuous and thorough training of sales reps through E-learning and Branch Managers,/Team leaders and working with the Training Manager.
  • Motivation, mentoring and ensuring high energy levels of the teams in all the branches.
  • Sales and recruitment target achievement
  • Sourcing for new business in the region.
  • Ensure 95% collection rates in conjunction with report from Sales Reps Portfolio Performance from the Sales Analyst.
  • Ensure that Loan rejection rate is below 10% on a monthly basis.
  • Timely submission of reports that is sales, tent, cycle plan & market penetration report and regional status reports.
  • Maintaining Regional inventory/assets according to the existing lists.
  • Oversee office operation and administrative functions to ensure compliance.
  • Master and ensure the use of Market force in the region.
  • People management regarding HR issues in the region via reports
  • Oversee the implementation of quality management in the region.

Description of minimum knowledge, skill and competency needed for the job

  • At least a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales in a Financial Institution or Microfinance industry
  • Flexible to travel.
