JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be the leader in the HR department and ensure all employees are here to and enjoy policies set in the Company and carries out such related functions as per the company and national guidelines
- Organize and supervise administrative procedures, and systems and device ways to streamline processes
- Ensure smooth and adequate running of support procedures to allow other operations run smoothly
- Monitor and maintain inventory; office supplies, raw materials etc and maintain them within the budget and minimum stock quantities
- Run logistics procedures and coordinate them accordingly, both at local levels and international importations
- Monitor and implement departmental procedures and policies.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION
Experience: 1 year
Education Level: Degree
Qualifica tions: BA in accounting
Softwareaccounting tools; quick-
books, excel(and other Microsoft packages). Additional accounting packages is an added advantage.
