Position: Telesales Agents (5 positions)
Work stations: Morocco-Dar es Salaam
Reporting to: Team Leader-Call Centre/Call Centre Manager
Department: Sales
Job Summary
Responsible for outbound and inbound sales calls
Responsible for achieving individual sales target.
Cooperate and mobile team members to achieve the set team sales target
Implement the company’s policies
Reporting to the supervisor about customer’s issues and opine on how they can be sorted.
Description of minimum knowledge, skill,competency and experience needed
- At least an Ordinary diploma in any business related field
- Proficiency in computer applications.
- Good problem analysis and solving skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practice
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
- Good listening skills
