- Listen to recorded dictations to interpret and transcribe them, translating any industry-specific jargon into long-form text, such as legal terms

- Keep moderators informed over content/topics that need to be removed, modified, closed or need quick response in case they have not been attended

- To monitor news and find results or actions taken as a result of JamiiForums content
