TEACHER – EDUCATION

Provides a stimulating, safe, and developmentally appropriate educational environment where children have the opportunity to develop cognitive, social, emotional, and physical skills. Provides a block and lesson plan by which classes are conducted. May lead and functionally supervise teacher’s aides or assistants. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
2. Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
3. Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
4. Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
5. Plan and implement educational activities and events.
6. Ensure your classroom is clean and orderly.
7. Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and semester report cards.
8. Attend parent-teacher meetings.
9. Evaluate and document students’ progress.
10. Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Primary Education.
2. A minimum of 1 year experience as a teacher.
3. In-depth knowledge of teaching methods and legal educational procedures.
4. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
5. Well-organized with excellent leadership abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Organizes and provides developmentally appropriate early childhood education programs; plans and implements curriculum and education for children of up to six yearsof age.
2. Provides activities and opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem solving appropriate to the developmental levels and learning styles of children.
3. Plans and prepares classroom setting; oversees safety and educational programs; supervises children in the classroom; provides a supportive environment in which children can learn and practice appropriate and acceptable individual and group behaviors.
4. Interacts with parents and community groups; maintains open and cooperative communication with parents and families, encouraging their involvement in the program and supporting the child’s family relationships.
5. Writes and compiles individual assessments of each child’s development; completes daily inventories, child attendance, and related reports.
6. Performs anyother duties as assigned by management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

1. Knowledge of early childhood education programs and techniques.
2. Knowledge of child development theory and practice.
3. Ability to evaluate, design, and implement curriculum, testing, and/or teaching methodologies.
4. Ability to provide activities for children that encourage healthy growth.
5. Ability to exercise control and maintain classroom discipline.

DEPOT ACCOUNTANTs – KAHAMA

On behalf of client Kazini Kwetu Limited is looking for Depot Accountants with exceptional abilities and who are ambitious to climb the ladder in their professions. They will work in a well established manufacturing company based in Kahama. Interested candidates should apply online.

Responsibilities

1. Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
2. Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
3. Processing Invoice on order generated by sales representatives.
4. Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
5. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
6. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
7. Keeping records of sales transactions.
8. Provide accounting support for the financial reporting unit.
9. Handle accounts payable duties, enter daily worksheets to the general ledger system, assist accounting personnel and ensure files are complete and maintained as needed.
10. Verify, organize, process and store an organization’s financial records.
11. Produce reports and reconcile any differences found in records as needed
12. Reconciliation of account and stocks.
13. Required to keep accurate records, be detail oriented and be able to spot financial errors made by others.

Requirements

1. At least two years of work experience in similar environment
2. Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP)
4. Qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA) is a plus but not required
