Position: CASHIER
Tazara Savings And Credit Cooperative Society Limited is a limited registerd cooperative society saccoss wishes to recruit a Tanzania citizen for a post of cashier as follow:
Line reporting: Manager
Location: Dar es Salaam , Mandela/Nyerere RD
Salary as per TAZARA SACCOSS LTD scheme of services
Terms of employment: 3 years contract renewable based on performance
Age limit: Not More than 45 years
Main duties
- Handling all cash and bank transaction
- Maintain monthly weekly and daily report of transactions
- Assist customers where possible
- Provider answers to product and payment related queries
- Refer customers to the right person to answer queries and deal with any problems
- Process payments according to company procedure
- Maintain accurate records of transactions
- Maintain neat, tidy and orderly work area
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualification
Education- diploma in accountancy or finance (form four certificates is a must)
B.Com (accounting) BBA (Accounting) or equivalent – qualification from recognized institutions and 2 years’ experience are added advantage
Skills
Computer literacy
Ability to work under minimum supervision
Fluent English and Kiswahili language
