Qualifications:
Diploma in Nursing.
Registration with the Tanzania Nurses and Midwifes’ Association
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years work experience in the clinical/emergency settings
Purpose of the Role:
Provision of nursing care to critical and non-critical patients.
Main or Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for general patient care
- Administration of medications and injections
- Cleaning of wounds and dressings
- Carry out infection prevention and control procedures
- Carry out triage
- Keeping records of patient properly and ethically
Additional Requirements:
- Computer Skills (Ms Office)
- Excellent Communications skills both English and Swahili
- Able to work independently
- Self-Driven
- Excellent physical fitness
- Good practical skills in areas of cardiac and respiratory nursing support
