Hotel General Manager

Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure customers receive the best service
  • Improve online rating through superb services to customers
  • Manage day to day costs without compromising quality
  • Train and ensure that staff are well positioned to serve customers
  • Manage cleanness and maintenance of the hotel
  • Market and promote the hotels to ensure revenue growth
  • Maintain food menu and quality severed to customers
  • Provide weekly operational report to the CEO
  • Follow up on invoices and billing

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Hotel Management, Business Management or Human Resources
  • Not less than 2 years of work experience in the hotel industry is preferred
  • Proficient in Ms Office and Gmail
  • Great presentational skills
  • Owns a car – must have a valid driver’s license
