Primary Responsibilities.

1.Camps Repair and Maintenance and Asset care

a) Assisting the Asset Manager to follow up with camps to ensure set maintenance programs are followed

b) Assist the Asset Manager to ensure BOH standards are adhered to all the time

c) Assisting camps to address routine BOH related issues as may be raised by camps

d) Assisting the Asset Manager to coordinate technicians for camps works whenever needed

e) Manage the maintenance team for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) implementation




f) Carry out scheduled visits to camps and submit report to the Asset Manager

2.Reports and Records keeping

a) Keep records for Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules

b) Compile and keep records of camps reports on asset related matters

c) Assisting the Asset Manager on utility reports and report any abnormalities

d) Compiling minutes for weekly meeting and attending weekly meeting at base

e) Carry out presentation for executive meeting and mid-year review sessions in the absence of the Asset Manager

3.Delegation and Acting roles

a) Carrying out assigned works by the Asset Manager in his/her absence

b) Assisting camps on all Assets related matters in the absence of the Asset Manager

c) Carrying out any other works as may be delegated/assigned by the Asset manager

Qualifications

  • A minimum of diploma (or equivalent) in electrical/mechanical engineering fields from a recognized institution
  • A minimum experience of 3 years working in lodges/hotels/camps
  • Good in written and spoken English language
  • Should possess a valid driving license class C
