Job Summary
To support and work with fraud risk team so as to proactively manage fraud risk within the business by implementing & embedding the Group Fraud Risk Control Framework and policies
Job Description
- Reduction in Customer Complaints, Reduction in Cards being wrongly blocked and reduction in Fatal Errors.
- Support in review fraud monitoring parameters and rules on regular basis to ensure they are fit for purpose and adequately respond to emerging fraud trends.
- Fraud Risk reviews on new products through NAPA process are completed as per the schedule
- To support forensic investigations by providing support to the forensic team.
Education
Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
