The Regional Manager, TANROADS – TANGA is looking for suitable qualified
Tanzanian candidates to fill the following posts at the Regional Office.

I: POSITION TITLE: Information and Technology Specialist – (1 POST)
Key Qualifications for the Information and Technology Specialist;
Holder of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or
Information Technology or Information and Communication Technology or
Management Information Systems or equivalent from a recognized
University/Institutions
Duties and Responsibilities of Information and Technology Specialist
i/ To implement ICT policies and procedures;
ii/ To monitor and Maintain computer programmes and systems;
iii/ To install and configure ICT systems in compliance with ICT policy
iv/ Not above 35 years of age
v/ To perform such other related duties as may be assigned by the
supervisor.
v/ Major in software engineering will be an added advantage
II: POSITION TITLE: DRIVER (1 POST)
Key Qualifications for the Drivers
a. Must be a holder of ordmary secondary education or higher with Motor
Vehicle Trade Test Certificate from VET A or NIT Certificate
b. Must hold a valid driving license class D and E or C
c. Should have experience of not less than three (3) years in driving
d. Not above 35 years of age
g. Maintains the vehicle logbook;
h. Undertakes motor vehicle services;
i. Mamtains safety’ and cleanliness of the motor vehicle;
j. Delivers and collects mail and goods; and
k. Performs such other related duties as may be assigned by the Head of
Account and Administration-^\1 Driver’s In Charge
III: TERMS OF SERVICE
Contract Employment renewable subject to satisfactory’ performance,
efficiency and effectiveness IV:
