- Managing recruitment activities
- Assist HR Manager dealing with employee relations
- Preparing various HR reports including staff movements
- Assist HR Manager in taking charge of personnel management includes joining, probation assessment, post transfer and termination.
- Other duties assigned by the HR Manager
- University graduate -Fluent in oral & written English, with at least 2 years of experience -Able to work in overtime
Clearance Officer

Description
- Preparing and recording of clearing i.e. port charges, transportation, agency fee, vat verification and stripping, custom duties
- Receiving and recording payment from account related to our department in put in ERP SYSTEM
- Insuring all clearing documents are signed by the clearing manager and managing director
- Insuring all agent’s files are not missing any documents before preparing their payments
- University graduate -Fluent in oral & written English, with at least 2 years of experience -Able to work in overtime
