Second round applications for admission are invited from qualified candidates wishing to pursue various undergraduate degree programmes at Ardhi University (ARU) for the academic year 2017/2018 are open again from 05th October 2017 to 10th October 2017. All applications should be submitted on-line via httpsss://aru.admission.ac.tz/ available in the University website (httpss://www.aru.ac.tz). Once in the admission page, all requisite information and guidelines to take the applicant through the application stages are provided. Applicants are reminded to register their names as they appear in their O & A level certificates; likewise their index numbers where prompted.
Applicants with “A” Level qualifications, NTA Level 6, FTC, Recognition of Prior Learning Qualifications or any other relevant Diplomas are invited to send their applications directly to the University through the provided admission link. Applicants are further informed that this second round of application for admission will be open from 05th October, 2017 to 10th October, 2017. Applicants who applied in July/August 2017 but were not selected, and would wish to change their preferences/programme choices, may re-apply. As per the TCU announcement, this second round is open for the following cadres:
a) Form Six leavers who did not apply during the first round,
b) Diploma holders who did not get their AVN’s in time to catch up with the first round of applications,
c) Applicants who have completed “Cambridge Examinations” in 2017 and have already received their results,
d) Discontnued students with evidence of discontinuation from their former Universities, and
e) Additionally, those who applied during the first round but were not selected; and would wish to change their programme choices/preferences, may re-apply

NOTE:
- APPLICANTS WHO APPLIED DURING THE FIRST ROUND/CREATED ACCOUNTS (CATEGORY E ABOVE) WILL NOT PAY APPLICATION FEE
- NEW APPLICANTS (CATEGORIES A TO D) WILL BE REQUIRED TO FOLLOW ALL APPLICATION PROCESSES INCLUDING CREATING AN ACCOUNT AND PAYING APPLICATION FEE
All degree programmes at ARU run for four years except Bachelor of Architecture which run for five years; and Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Management, Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance, and Bachelor of Arts in Community and Development Studies (BA CDS) which run for three years each.
