1.0 ASSISTANT LECTURER (3 POSTS)
(i) Law X 1
(ii) Procurement and Supply Management X 1
(iii) Banking – Certified Professional Banking X 1
1.1 ASSISTANT LIBRARIAN (3 POSTS)
(i) Information Science and Technology X 1
(ii) Library and Information Science X 1
(iii) Records and Archives Management X 1
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
I. To undergo an induction course in pedagogic skills for those who had none before;
II. To carry out lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars and practicals, for undergraduate programmes;
III. Preparing and present case studies;
IV. Conduct and publish /disseminate research results:
V. To recognize students having difficulties, intervene and provide help and support;
VI. To participate in consultancies and community services under supervision;
VII. To attend workshops, conferences and symposia; and
VIII. To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the relevant authority.
3.0 QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in a relevant field with at least a GPA of 4.0 out of 5 and a Minimum GPA of 3.8 out of 5 or its equivalent in the First Degree with a Minimum score of B+ in the relevant Subject or its equivalent.
4.0 REMUNERATION
Attractive remuneration package in accordance with the University’s salary scale PUTS 2.1

X. Certificates from foreign Universities should be verified by The Tanzania Commission for Universities (TCU); .

CCKL requires the services of a distributing driver, to be based in Dar es Salaam. The incumbent will directly report to the respective distribution coordinator.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Transport all products to and fro the customers daily deliveries reconciled with load manifest, cash banked daily at end of shift deliver to allocated destinations product and/or goods as and when required, pre- and post trip inspections done and all devotions reported to workshop, ensuring the vehicle is maintained in clean and neat condition, both external and inside cab, ensures proper time-keeping of crew, ensures crew is always clean and neat with uniforms.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proper driving license, Form IV leaver with a minimum of 2 years of experience in driving HDV truck, hand-foot coordination, good peripheral vision, ability to follow the scheduling system and procedures, knowledge of equipment cleaning standards and procedures of HDV truck, stress and time management skills.
A good command of English language will be an added advantage.

The Prime Minister’s Office – Labour, Youth, Employment and Persons with Disability in collaboration with its stakeholders is implementing a Five-Year Skills Development Programme (2015/16 – 2020/21) which is geared to enhance employability skills of the Labour Force. Internship training is among the key components of the Programme that aims to enable graduates to link acquired skills in colleges/schools with the requirements of the industry and hence increase their chance to be absorbed in the labour market.
2. Employers from various economic sectors have shown interest to collaborate with the government in implementing the Internship Training Programme for the year 2017/18 by offering internship opportunities in their organizations.
3. We therefore invite interested graduates to apply for internship training that will last between six months and one year in the positions detailed in the attached table. Applicants should be fresh graduates who completed studies within two years. Our office will meet some basic costs to enable interns to participate effectively in the programme.

Students are advised to observe the following instructions:
i) All students selected to join Certificate in Information Technology and Diploma in Information Technology are supposed to report at Solomon Mahlangu Campus (SMC) – Mazimbu, whereas the rest will report at the Main Campus (MC).

ii) All new students are required to participate in a mandatory orientation programme which starts on Monday, 30th October 2017.

iii) All admitted students are required to download an admission letter and invoice at www.suasis.suanet.ac.tz through their SUASIS (SUA Student Information System) account. SUASIS can be accessed using the username and password provided to you during application.

iv) Each student is required to upload his/her passport size photo before arrival for official use. This must be the same quality such as those used for passports or Identity cards.

The Board of the Registered Trustees of Water Technicians Fund (RTWTF) hereby wishes to inform all loan applicants that by applying and meeting the loan allocation criteria, ninety six (96) applicants have been selected to be beneficiaries of the loan for the academic year 2017/2018.

The selection process was very strict due to large number of applicants and limited available fund. The Board likewise disqualified some of the applicants for not adhering to the instructions laid in the form as well as not putting either valid certificates or the required attachments. The board went further to verify the information provided by applicants.
