QUALIFICATIONS:

The following are qualifications for aspired candidates: –

Must have Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management/Public Administration/Political Science and Public administration or Degree in Commerce/Business Administration Majoring in Human Resource Management or its equivalent from recognized University/lnstitution.
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in service as Human Resource Officer in a competitive business environment.
A proven background in provision of counselling services in a multicultural and multidisciplinary business environment is an added advantage
A formal training in counselling at least to certificate level is an added advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

The holder of the position will perform the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee implementation of cost-effective staff engagement, team building and change management strategies;
  • Develop, oversee and monitor the implementation of the work-life balance guidelines
  • To oversee the implementation of leadership development programmes
  • Develop and oversee implementation of strategies that will attract employees to open up about their mental health
  • Coordinate interdepartmental and intradepartmental communication strategies
  • Listen to employees’ concerns, seeking ways to address them
  • Initiate and implement interdepartmental, departmental, sections and units stress management activities that will also to promote team work
  • Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Prepare periodic reports
  • Perform any other official duties that may be assigned by supervisor

The Republic of Burundi, the Republic of Rwanda and the United Republic of Tanzania have received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Regional Rusumo Falls Hydroelectric Power Project (RRFP). The Republic of Burundi, the Republic of Rwanda and the United Republic of Tanzania, through a Shareholders Agreement and the Implementation Agreement, jointly seek to develop the 80MW Regional Rusumo Hydroelectric Power Plant (‘the Project”) through a Special Purpose Vehicle Company, the Rusumo Power Company Limited (RPCL). The RPCL has been established by the three governments to develop, construct, finance, insure, own, operate and maintain the Hydropower plant/Generation Facility.

1. POSITION: REVENUE ACCOUNTANT (1 Position)

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
The applicant should be a holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field, from a recognized Higher Learning Institution. Must be a holder of CPA (T), ACCA, ACA, CIA or equivalent professional qualification recognised by NBAA, with at least 3 years’ similar work experience (preferably from a manufacturing industry). KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(i) Takes appropriate action for collecting revenue due to the Company,
(ii) Supervises company account operations and determines revenue expenditures,
(iii) Works with accounts team to prepare financial planning and reporting activities,
(iv) Determines monthly revenue focus and performs monthly revenue analysis and calculations,
(v) Generates monthly revenue reports for Management review,
(vi) Oversees financial transaction and process invoices in a timely manner,
(vii) Prepares accounting records and financial reports as per Company standards,
(viii) Provides financial expertise based on the Company’s financial commitment and focus,
(ix) Works on accounts reconciliation over account receivables and payables on regular basis and presents to Management,

2. POSITION: INCOMING MATERIALS OFFICER (1 Position)

QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE
The applicant should be a holder of Bachelor’s degree in Procurement and Logistics Management/ Stores Management / Supply chain / Statistics/ or any other related field, with at least 6 months to 3 years similar work experience (preferably from a manufacturing industry). Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel and ERP Software Application.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(xv) Processes Goods receipts (GRN) for incoming materials, in a timely and accurate manner,
(xvi) Ensures received goods are correctly stored in respective locations and updates bin cards accordingly,
(xvii) Restrict access to stores and receiving areas to authorized personnel only,
(xviii) Isolate obsolete, idle stocks and fast moving inventory in storage areas and mark locations accordingly,
(xix) Receive, evaluate, process and report discrepancies related to daily requirements,
(xx) Supervise any actual movement of stock items from the warehouse/Store and ensures that no movement is carried out in his/her absence,
(xxi) Accountable for any un-reported stock discrepancies in the span of control,
(xxii) Maintain updated inventory records in Bin cards, ERP system and daily report templates
(xxiii) Ensures stock movement records are filled and kept in a safe place,

Job Title                     : Production Manager

Department               : Production Department

Reports to                  : Managing Director

Job Summary:

Production manager plan, coordinate and control manufacturing processes so that products are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Production manager, shall make sure goods and services are produced safely, costeffectively and on time and that they meet the required quality standards
  • Manage statutory Compliance for all industry operations
  • plan and draw up a production schedule
  • decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
  • set the quality standards
  • monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
  • monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes
  • organize the repair of any damaged equipment
  • ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
  • ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
  • Ensure that company’s policies and goals are implemented and adhered
  • supervise and motivate a team of workers
  • review worker performance and identify training needs.




Qualifications

Minimal qualification Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, manufacturing engineering or any    related field

Job Summary

RRD Officer generally is responsible for market research, registering new products and assist business development of the newly registered products. He/she supposed to deeply understand the dynamics of medical supplies industry in Tanzania and come up with products that will fill existing gaps and give optimum solutions

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and identify gaps of supply chain in the country and come-up with strategy to mitigate them
  • Manage registration of new medical products
  • Identify seasonal and occasional variation of medical supplies demands in the country then act accordingly to meet such demands timely
  • Conduct feasibility study and advice accordingly for all new products that company may wish to establish.
  • Liaise with and manage manufactures so that we achieve the best in everything and mobilize all information to facilitate registration of products
  • Liaise with and manage all statutory authorities including but not limited to Pharmacy Council, TMDA & TBS, so that to facilitate timely registration of our products
  • Manage communications and process with manufacturers and authorities during registration of new products
  • Mobilize and manage all required resources required for new products registration timely
  • Assist in development and implementation of market entry strategies for new products

Qualifications

  • Diploma in clinical medicine, Pharmaceutical Technician or relevant field o Minimum of 2 years’ professional relevant experience
  • Confident with proven interpersonal and communication skills (English) o Able to produce well-presented and accurate reports
  • Capable of managing a challenging workload, ability to solve problems, effective decision-making skills
