POSITION: Retail Network Development Manager
JOB KEY PURPOSE:To implement and deliver the retail network plan with specific regards to all aspects of network development, site optimisation, and property management in order to maximize its profitability and returns.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execution of the retail network master plan.
- Prepare investment appraisals and maintenance cape budget
- Manage all contracts (or acquisition leasing and financing
- Network administrate and property management
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- A graduate in Management Engineering, and Sales or related field
- A minimum of 7 years experience m a similar position in OMC or FMCG is a MUST
