The Higher Education Student Loan Board (HESLB) congratulates all credit beneficiaries who are refunding their existing loans to enable others to benefit.
However, HESLB has found some beneficiaries who are refunding but their information is not complete and therefore the Board fails to update their debt information.

For this case, HESLB wishes to inform the beneficiaries whose names are available on the first list on Heslb site that each registered person should add the following information:
– Form Four Index Number and year completed Form 4 – Full name used for Higher Education – Name of Higher Education Institute – Graduate Year of Higher Education
