Job Title: Graduate Management Trainees (GMT)
Job Purpose: Over aperiod of 24 months, you will be provided with on-the-job rotations within and across all Bank functions in an accelerated learning environment on the basis of which you will be able to assume higher responsibilities in the near future.




QUALIFICATIONS 
Graduate / Postgraduate of 2018 from a leading domestic / foreign university Minimum GPA – 3.8 Graduates in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting and Mathematics only Excellent Communication Skills Exceptional achiever in extracurricular will be an added advantage
PROGRAM OBJECTIVES ·  Groomed and fast tracked to assume ‘supervisory’ positions in different segments of theBank ·  Opportunityto acquire working knowledge from seasoned bankers. ·  Inculcate management skills from mentoring / formal training and hands on workexperience.
