Jacer Solar Energy Limited is solar company that deals with selling and distribution of solar products. Now offers internship position of marketing and sales person (Full time) to eager and driven young Tanzanians willing to receive a solid foundation to their future careers
These internship program will offer participating intern an opportunity to acquire direct experience in marketing field over the period of the internship and would be required to perform the following roles
• To strategically approach both old and new customers and enticing those institutions/ companies to support summit through massive event participation
• Develop and apply effective marketing channels to engage target audience and create value for attending
• Escalating a customer base by expanding an outreach to potential customers
• Run social media promotions and campaigns and track success
• Develop Email marketing strategy and execution
• Update and maintain a proper marketing database and networking contacts.
• Commercial Awareness – To know about the business or industry works
• Team works – ability to work with others for the achievement of common goals
• Negotiation and persuasion – how to get what you want creating win-win situations
• Problem solving- the ability to take a logical and analytical approach to solving problems and resolving issues
• Organization – the ability to prioritize work efficiently and productively
• Ability to work under pressure – keeping claim and remaining focused on the objective during crisis
Requirements – candidates should possess the following:
A. Academic qualification in the related field in form of Certificate in marketing management
B. Be fluent in written and spoken English
C. Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 month to the programme
D. No experience required
E. Good computer, internet and social media skills
