Platinum Credit Ltd is a leading micro-financing company providing emergency credit facilities to Civil Servants and short term business credit facilities for Small and Medium-sized enterprises through its country-wide network of branches across Tanzania. It also operates in Kenya and Uganda. The company is looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join the team in either of the positions described below in Tanzania.
Job Title: Branch Sales Team Leader
Reporting to: Zonal Sales Manager(s)
Work stations:
i. Kigoma Branch(1 post)
ii. Sumbawanga Branch(1 post)
iii. Dar es Salaam(1 post)
Job Purpose:
Support sales operations of the company by recruiting, training, supervising and supporting Sales agents to achieve the set sales targets of the branch.
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruit, train, supervise, support capable sales agents by way of practical field coaching, generating sales leads, and weekly training sessions.
Sales Planning and field sales supervision.
Preparation of comprehensive periodic operational reports.
Achieve monthly sales target set for the branch.
Loan recoveries
Minimum academic and/or Professional qualification
Bachelor degree in any business related field.
Must have passion for sales and customer service, with excellent communication and leadership skills
Minimum of two years’ experience in a busy marketing and sales environment
Computer literacy
Age between 25 and 30 years
Have good levels of written and spoken English
