Chief Strategy & Results Officer (CSRO)

A key member of TradeMark East Africa’s (TMEA’s) Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the Chief Strategy & Results Officer will oversee TMEA’s corporate performance framework, including results monitoring, evaluation and reporting. S/he will also responsible for TMEA’s learning, research, knowledge management, communications functions as well as mainstreaming the key cross-cutting thematic areas spanning gender, poverty and climate change.
The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree in areas relevant to TMEA’s focus, such as Development Studies, Economics or Trade. S/he will have at least ten years’ management experience in leading business units or development programmes, particularly in areas related to the functions of the position and TMEA’s core focus areas. Extensive knowledge of and professional experience gained within the East Africa region are essential for this role.
