- Prepare meals for MSF Staff, according to hygiene standards and security rules, in order to ensure their nutritional needs
- Prepare diversified menus
- Carry out the preparation of meals for staff (international and national)
- Follow at all times all hygiene standards and security rules
- Control stock of food, prepare shopping list and make purchases if required
- Ensure cleanliness of all facilities, utensils and equipment
- Keep an inventory of MSF kitchen utensils and equipment
- Report all important information
Minimum Education: Literacy essential, course on cooking desirable.
Experience: Previous experience in an international environment
Languages: Swahili and English
Competences: commitment, flexibility, results oriented, service orientation
