The letter should be accompanied by a copy of the Academic certificate), certificate of profession studied, birth certificate, Leaving certificate, National Identity Card (NIDA) or NIDA number.
The applicant is required to complete the form (appendix no 2) indicating his personal information, which is available on the Police website.
Submission of the form should not be by scan (unless you have a letter and the certificates mentioned above.
