SHDEPHA+KAHAMA is seeking proposals to purchase a new or upgrading finance system due to increase in area of operation. SHDEPHA+ KAHAMA is currently using Quicky book Account Software.
The proposed finance system will be capable of providing all areas of accounting functionality (including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, Payroll) as well as additional modules for enhanced business efficiency (such as timesheets, project costing, procurement, budgeting, reporting and Human resources). It should be robust, scalable, intuitive, and customisable in order to adapt to changing requirements.
