Assistant Marketing Manager

The company offers a full array of non-life insurance products like Fire, Engineering, Motor, Workmen Compensation, Liability, Marine Cargo, Marine Hull, Aviation etc. Reliance had been making steady progress and has established itself as a reliable player with a high reputation for prompt, efficient and effective customer service backed by a strong financial base in the Tanzanian Insurance Industry. To give a fillip to its marketing initiatives by reaching out to the wider cross-section of the population, the company is looking for qualified and energetic candidates to fill the above vacancies. The incumbents will be a part of the Operations & Marketing Team. They will be responsible for the implementation of the company’s marketing strategies through a tactical sales plan and for the achievement of the assigned business targets.
Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must be a graduate in Marketing or related field.
- Candidates with Insurance qualifications at the graduate level and /or with AII or equivalent qualification will be preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Experience in client service, relationship building, and business retention areas.
