Currently, it is looking for a Waste Management Plant Officer, person who is self-motivated, committed, result driven and self-motivated to work with the company.

Reports To : Waste & Environmental Manager
Deadline : 11th November 2019
Required Qualifications
- Minimal qualification Bachelor Degree in environmental, or any related field
- Must be a Tanzanian
- Must be fluent in writing and speaking English language
- Must have computer skills
- Applicants should have a high level of discipline, communicative and interpersonal skills, analytical, innovative problem-solving skills and time-managing skills
- Must be Kisarawe resident
- Working station is Kisarawe District, Kisanga Village
Responsibilities
- Manage statutory Compliance for all site operations
- Manage all equipments in term of service preventive maintenance, etc
- Manage all plant operations, cleanness, outlook, arrangements to meet required timeline and quality
- Monitor and report day to day operations at plants
- Liaise with all stakeholders at District including but not limited to village community, district leadership etc
- Coordinate and supervise effectively all disposal activities at site
- Perform evaluations and report all effect of our operations at site
- Implement all company procedures, policies, guidelines and plans at the plant
- Any other assigned task.
