Tumaini University Dar es Salaam College (TUDARCO) is a centre for quality education, offering a diverse range of academic qualifications. The College offers a wide range of undergraduate and Postgraduates programs in Social Sciences, Education, Business/Finance Administration/Human Resources And Laws.

As a stratgy to continue providing excellent higher education, the College wishes to recruit additional Academic Staff in the following Faculties below:

FACULTY OF ARTS AND SOCIAL SCIENCES: Library and Information Studies Department.

Vacancy title: Assistant Lecturer or Lecturer (1 post)

Qualifications:
Holders of a M.Sc. in Information Technology Management, Information Systems Management from higher learning institution recognised by TCU. In addition to the above qualification, the candidate must be exceptional in Teaching and Research and Service abilities.

FACULTY OF EDUCATION:

Vacancy title: Lecturer, Senior Lecturer or Professor (PhD in Education Management)

Qualifications:
Holders of a PhD in Education Management from higher learning institutions recognised by TCU. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates must be exceptional in Teaching and Research abilities. Having published vetted papers will be added advantage.

FACULTY OF EDUCATION:

Vacancy title: Lecturer – English Literature

Qualifications:
Holders of a PhD in English Literature from higher learning institutions recognised by TCU. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates must be exceptional in Teaching and Research abilities. Having published vetted papers will be added advantage.

FACULTY OF EDUCATION:

Vacancy title: Lecturer, Senior Lecturer or Professor – Education (2 Posts)

Qualifications:
Holders of a PhD in History with three years teaching experience as a or Senior Lecturer. In addition to the above qualifications, the candidate must show exceptional Teaching, Research and Consultancy abilities. Having published at least three vetted papers will be added advantage.

FACULTY OF LAW:

Vacancy title: Lecturer, Senior Lecturer or Professor (3 Posts)

Qualifications:
Holders of a PhD in Law from higher learning institutions recognised by TCU. The applicant must be specialized in Commercial law, Criminal law or Conveyance/Land Law. In addition to the above qualifications, the candidate must show exceptional Teaching, Research and Consultancy abilities. Having published at least three vetted papers will be added advantage.

REMUNERATION:
