The position reports to the Branch Manager.<br \/>\nAssess the proposed risk within set standards<br \/>\nKeep detailed and accurate records of policies underwritten and decisions made<br \/>\nReview proposal forms<br \/>\nRelease policy documents, endorsements, valuation report to clients<br \/>\nCommunicate with clients on the renewal terms<br \/>\nMaintain high standards of customer service &#8211; responding to clients enquiries; (walk-in clients, telephone and emails)<br \/>\nLiaise with intermediaries and direct clients on issues relating to their policies<br \/>\nApply the credit control policy by ensuring that debit\/credit notes raised are mailed and that they reach the clients\/intermediaries within the shortest time possible.<br \/>\nIssue policy documents of general business<br \/>\nGenerate renewal notices for all renewal business<br \/>\nRenewal retention ratio<br \/>\nClaims ratio<br \/>\nCustomer turnaround time<br \/>\nDebtors ratio<br \/>\nCompliance to underwriting standards<br \/>\nInternal Relationships:<br \/>\nAccountable to the Branch Manager<br \/>\nRequired to liaise and work closely with all other departments as may be necessary<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;
