Job Purpose<\/b><br \/>\nTo provide secure supply chain management, transport support, data management and<br \/>\ncoordination between outreach team and facilities as well as LGA. Key Tasks<\/b><br \/>\n\uf0b7 Day-to-day following up of project activities in village communities.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ensures quality and accuracy of data being reported<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Work closely with village leaders and communities on the implementation of project activities.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Convey information between project and villages.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Report on performance and challenges of the project.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Prepare and participate in training to the village communities.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Collect data from the outreach site and reports.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Plan activities pertaining to SRH maternal and child health<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ensure the availability of commodities and other supplies among concerned services providers and reporting systems are well established (i.e Establishing Supply chain monitoring system)<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ensure reports submitted timely from providers as well as from CHWs<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To comply and deliver relevant service statistic reports on implemented activities at the clinic to the CMIS Officer<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To enable Sexual and Reproductive Health Service counselling and provision to clients on appropriate methods through coordination<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To supervise provision of health services and driving services for enabling sites to providing health services and coordination activities<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Attending cluster management committee meetings and project advisory committee meeting.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Liase between PLO at HQ and service providers for procurement and provision of supplies.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Analysis of data and provision of reports to the IT&amp;CMIS\/MTSM.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- linkAD.2 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3390598296\" data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>3. Qualifications and Experience Requirements<\/b><br \/>\n\uf0b7 Diploma or undergraduate degree in Community Development, conservation, Social Science, medical or related fields.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 At least 2 years of working experience in the field<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Knowledge of the use of data management applications eg. Ms Excel<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Valid driving licence of manual vehicle<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Computer literacy with knowledge of internet and service packages<\/p>\n<p><b>4.
