The responsibility of<br \/>\nthe day to day running of UAUT shall be vested in the University Council with the Vice Chancellor as the main link between the Board of Trustees and University Council. GPA of 3.8 or above at Bachelor degree and 4.0 or above for Master degree majoring in Accounting\/Finance\/Marketing, International Business, Entrepreneurship and\/or Human Resources Management<br \/>\n\u2013 At least 4 years of teaching experiences after attaining PhD.<br \/>\n\u2013 Publications in International journals which on assessment produce 3 points.<br \/>\n\u2013 Teaching language proficiency<br \/>\n\u2013 Ability to plan and promote the vision of the University<br \/>\n\u2013 Leadership and management ability<\/p>\n<p><b>(ii) Duties<\/b><br \/>\n\u2013 Mentoring junior staff in all relevant academic matters<br \/>\n\u2013 Designing and developing curricula<br \/>\n\u2013 Managing of institutional projects and activities<br \/>\n\u2013 Developing new courses and programs<br \/>\n\u2013 Writing teaching manuals, compendia and books<br \/>\n\u2013 Any other relevant duties that may be assigned by the management<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>1.\u00a0LECTURERS ( 2 Higher Learning Institutions<br \/>\n\u2013 Teaching language proficiency<\/p>\n<p><b>(ii) Duties<\/b><br \/>\n\u2013 Undergoing training to PhD level<br \/>\n\u2013 Undergoing induction course in pedagogical skills for those who had none before<br \/>\n\u2013 Conducting lectures, tutorials, seminars and practical for undergraduate programs<br \/>\n\u2013 Assisting senior staff in practical sessions, seminars and tutorials<br \/>\n\u2013 Preparing case studies<br \/>\n\u2013 Working in cooperation with senior members on specific projects<br \/>\n\u2013 Supervising special projects for undergraduate students<br \/>\n\u2013 Mentoring junior staff in all relevant academic matters<br \/>\n\u2013 Participating in curriculum development<br \/>\n\u2013 Participating in developing and
