The candidate will work hand in hand with the corporate volunteers who will be engaged in the similar position to Increase the capacity of youth and youth groups to develop and grow sustainable businesses.<\/p>\n<p><b>Skills, qualifications and experience<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022 A bachelor degree in economics, business, marketing or related subject.<br \/>\n\u2022 A couple of years relevant work experience in eg business development<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>Desired:<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in business management in a large corporation.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in new business development and\/or start-up.<br \/>\n\u2022 Knowledge in project management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Facilitation and training skills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in developing operational processes that decrease costs, increase efficiency and quality to meet customer needs.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Managed and directed teams to efficiently develop cost effective innovative solutions that drive results.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ability to drive results with limited resources.<br \/>\n\u2022 Able to formulate and implement SME adherence to national product regulations, policies and procedures.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in a Management Leadership role<\/p>\n<p><b>Competencies and Behaviour<\/b><br \/>\nAt VSO we believe progress is only possible by working together. The Field officer is expected to support implementation of the project by providing logistical support, trainings, writing reports and not the least monitor and follow up project activities.
