JOB TITLE: WEIGHBRIDGE SHIFT INCHARGE &#8211; (2 POSTS)<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>A. Key qualifications<\/b><\/div>\n<div>1. Holder of First Degree in any profession (Higher qualification will be advantageous),<\/div>\n<div>2. Must be Computer literate (At least Advance Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institution);<\/div>\n<div>3. Must be fluent in both written and spoken Swahili and English languages;<\/div>\n<div>4. Must be a Tanzanian Citizen; 5. Between 35 and 40 years of age.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>B. Duties and Responsibilities.<\/b><\/div>\n<div>The shift In-charge who reports to the Regional Manager will be responsible for:<\/div>\n<div>1. Enforcing Road Traffic Axle Load Control by the use of Weighbridge scale devices;<\/div>\n<div>2. Supervising shift activities that among others including:<\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Weighing motor vehicles Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) &gt; 3.500kg plying on our public Roads;<\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Imposing road damage fees on the spot for overloaded vehicles;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Measuring physical dimensions of motor vehicle or any load being carried on the motor vehicle for providing advices to transporters incase of non compliance with vehicle dimension limit;<\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Recording all necessary particulars regarding the motor vehicle being weighed;<\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Observing good customer care, dignity and integrity;<\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Reporting all matters on Axle Load Control to the Regional manager;<\/div>\n<div>\uf0b7 Performing other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Regional Manager;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><b>1.2: JOB TITLE: WEIGHBRIDGE OPERATOR \u2013 (4 POSTS)\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>A. Key qualifications\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div>1. Education Qualification is a Full Technician Certificate (FTC) or Diploma in Civil, Highway, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering<\/div>\n<div>2. Must be Computer literate (At least Advance Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institution);<\/div>\n<div>3. Must be fluent in both written and spoken Swahili and English languages;<\/div>\n<div>4. Must be a Tanzanian Citizen;<\/div>\n<div>5. Key qualifications\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div>1. Education Qualification is a Holder of Diploma in Accountancy;<\/div>\n<div>2. Must be Computer literate (At least Advance Certificate in Computer Application from a recognized institution);<\/div>\n<div>3. Must be fluent in both written and spoken Swahili and English languages;<\/div>\n<div>4. Must be a Tanzanian Citizen;<\/div>\n<div>5. Age limit is not above 35 years.<\/div>\n<div>6. At least 3 (Three) years work experience in the same field from reputable organization.<\/div>\n<div><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>B. Duties and Responsibilities of the Cashier\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div>1.
