Candidate possessing a degree in Insurance\/Financial Management qualification will be an added advantage.<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>Reports to: Non-Motor Manager.\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Duties Performed\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022 To carry out complex risk surveys for cargo\/property surveys for losses\/damage of a complex nature.<br \/>\n\u2022 To carry out control surveys for bulky consignments,<br \/>\n\u2022 To carry out risk surveys for underwriting of complex risks<br \/>\n\u2022 To scrutinize for accuracy and appropriateness of the assessment and survey reports from independent assessors,<br \/>\n\u2022 To supervise, guide and coordinate all surveying and assessment activities.<br \/>\n\u2022 To perform such other relevant duties as may be assigned by the Supervisor.<\/p>\n<p><b>B. : DIRECTORATE OF LIFE INSURANCE AND NON LIFE INSURANCE\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n:\u00a0<b>Insurance Officers -6 positions-Head Office and Branches\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications and Experience:\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nThe holder of this post must have recognized degree in Insurance or equivalent qualifications plus at least three years experience in Non Life or Life Insurance business.<\/p>\n<p><b>Reports to:<\/b>\u00a0Principal Insurance Officer Life\/Non-Life.<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties Performed<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022 To underwrite new policies<br \/>\n\u2022 To check premium rates applicable to endorsements other renewals and see if correctly applied,<br \/>\n\u2022 To draft appropriate endorsements as need arises,<br \/>\n\u2022 To scrutinize claims and make necessary recommendations for payment and<br \/>\n\u2022 To perform such other relevant duties as may be assigned by his\/her Supervisor.<\/p>\n<p><b>C. : DIRECTORATE OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION.\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n:\u00a0<b>Property and Facilities Officers 4 positions.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Required Qualifications and Experience:<\/b><br \/>\nThe holder of this post must have recognized degree in Property and Facilities Management from reputable University plus at least three years experience in relevant field.<\/p>\n<p><b>Reports to:\u00a0<\/b>Planning and Investment Manager.<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties Performed\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n\u2022 Manage the affairs of the property diligently and prudently and protect and promote the interest of the Landlord (NIC).<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain an event diary and property register containing details of each lease tenancy within the property.<br \/>\n\u2022 Carry out promotion and advertising of the Leasing property.<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparations of Demand notes to tenants and ensure timely collection of rent into NIC rental accounts and any other dues payable to NIC.<br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-1977355679691683\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-slot=\"8730162658\" data-adsbygoogle-status=\"done\"><ins id=\"aswift_3_expand\"><ins id=\"aswift_3_anchor\"><\/ins><\/ins><\/ins><br \/>\n\u2022 To update property management information accurately for all transactions in managing the properties and ensure reconciliation is conducted on daily basis.<br \/>\n\u2022 Endorsing Payment of the service providers at the building premises for final payments at the NIC Head Office.<br \/>\n\u2022 Deal with tenant&#8217;s request and\/or complaints in relation to the building and within the contract;<br \/>\n\u2022 Carry out analysis on trend of rental income collection and property operating costs as revealed by data from property monitoring and research.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;
