to: Clinical Service Specialist<\/b><br \/>\nThe Supply Chain management Coordinator is a self-motivated individual who will provide oversight to Program activities with the different partners including the Project sites.<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties:<\/b><br \/>\nThe Supply chain management advisor is responsible for ensuring that Project supported sites meets national standard for ARV and related commodity supply chain management by:<br \/>\nAssisting pharmacies at Project supported sitesidistricts to meet national standards o<br \/>\nEnsuring that relevant staff at Project supported sitesidistricts are trained to provide high quality of services<\/p>\n<p>Ensuring that validated drug management tools ( paper tool andlor software) are available and properly used at all Project-supported pharmacies o Designing improved supply chain systems, processes and procedures for Project sites in collaboration with Supply chain partners.<br \/>\nIdentify training needs for sites, districts and regional pharmacists and supply chain officers and facilitate trainings on good practice in pharmaceutical and supply chains management for Project and site staff;<br \/>\nCollaborate with National, regional and district level pharmaceutical personnel to develop a mentorship program for site level pharmacists.<\/p>\n<p>Ensures uninterrupted supply in HIV-related commodities at all Project-supported sites by<br \/>\nAnnual forecasting and budgeting of needs in HIV-related commodities including lab commodities for each single siteidistrict<br \/>\nEnsuring that each single siteidistrict has two to three months buffer stock offall HIV-reiated commodities including lab reagent and consumables and assist in redistribution of products when out of stock<br \/>\nProviding technical assistance to district pharmacists in forecasting and ordering of ARVs and related commodities from the MSD.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuring that technical procedures for procurement, distribution and dispensation are respected at all sites according to the standard operating procedures, o Keep track of drug flow between stores and<br \/>\nProject supported sites and continuously update and educate site staff on developments and issues related to new drug formulations, national and zonal ARV and 0| drugs stocks update<br \/>\nMaintain the inventory of drugs and laboratory commodities and reagents that are present at both drugs stores and all of Project supported site pharmacies<br \/>\nMake sure that all dispensing rooms at the various sites have the necessary infrastructure and are able to function efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>Play key role in the development of proposals. budgets, workplans and reports related to Project\u2019s activities concerning pharmaceuticals and drugs commodities management<br \/>\nFacilitate Reporting by:<br \/>\nPrepare quarterly, semiannually and annually narrative reports to be submitted to key stakeholders.<br \/>\nCollecting on monthly basis information about the stock at all Project supported sitesidistricts, compile per region and communicate the information to the CDC, and NACP.<\/p>\n<p>Provide regular information to MQHSWINACP on any challenges associated with ARV drugs, 0| drugs and test kits availability at site and district level.<br \/>\nLiaise with the ARV focal pharmacists and municipal counterparts on quarterly basis to address any concerns or problems that they are faced with regarding supply chain issues of HIWAIDS commodities and related supplies.<br \/>\nActively perform supportive supervisions to Project supported sites. and use these supervisions to strengthen their capacity on issues related to supply chain management.<br \/>\nCarry out any other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.<\/p>\n<p><b>Desirable Skills and knowledge:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Education:<\/b><br \/>\nSenior pharmacist with degreeidiploma in pharmacy<br \/>\nPublic Health background Excel, and the Internet,<br \/>\nAbility to conduct Pharmaceutical supply chain trainings.<\/p>\n<p><b>Position: Regional Project Managers (2)<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Location: Amref Project Offices in Tanga and Zanzibar<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Reports to: Project Director<\/b><br \/>\nThe focus of this role is to provide leadership, coordination and management of the technical staff for the Field Office. S\/he provides support to M&amp;E department in developing the Afya Kamilifu monitoring and evaluation plan and internal systems to collect and analyze the data used to measure the program\u2019s key performance indicators. S\/he will be responsible for developing Project database to cover program\u2019s data need. He\/She will be required to travel in Tanga and Zanzibar on occasional bases to support partners in data management issues and perform a variety of technical and computer support functions<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties:<\/b><br \/>\nwork together with SI team and other program staff in Tanga and Zanzibar to:<\/p>\n<p>Manage the Databases (DHIS2 and IQ tools) and any other databases<br \/>\nDesign and manage the Project\u2019s database that will be used to store, manage and analyze the performance indicators identified in the PMP.<br \/>\nAssists partners with set-up, testing, and implementation of data collection software<br \/>\nDevelop, manage and implement the Project\u2019s Data Management systems, including relevant performance indicators, baselines, and annual targets and ensures compliance to PEPFAR requirements.<br \/>\nDevelops\/adapts tools for data collection; designs and implements surveys and other data collection tasks.<\/p>\n<p>Provides monitoring data regularly that strategically inform the decisions on Project performance and future direction to the Amref<br \/>\nHealth Africa management team;<br \/>\nTroubleshoots data submission errors and data error issues<br \/>\nProvides on-going consultation and technical assistance to Partners regarding database administration<br \/>\nTo ensure the data quality control through a data validation plan, data queries, programming consistency checks and data cleaning as well as through coding and harmonizing of information<\/p>\n<p>Maintain and ensure proper functioning of all databases used by Afya kamilifu Project (IQ tool, LTF tracking, Pediatric testing tracking database, HBC, VCT, CTC2 database, HIT system, DHIS2 and Pharmacy Module)<br \/>\nPerforms any other duties as assigned by supervisor.<br \/>\nRequired educational qualification\/ Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics with good programming skills.
