CRS is inviting experienced and qualified citizens of Tanzania to apply for the following posts to support programs improving health services for young children and their caregivers.<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- linkAD.2 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3390598296\" data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>Post :\u00a0<b>Administrative Officer, Mbeya<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nProvide required administrative support to the Mbeya Field Office; Supervise drivers\/cleaning staff; Manage use\/condition of vehicles; Process purchase requests and ensure timely payments; coordinate visits from CRS visitors and staff to Mbeya<\/p>\n<p><b>Required Education and Experience:\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nDegree in Business Admin.\/Procurement\/Supply chain management\/Logistics; Minimum of 3 years work experience in administrative support functions, with increasing responsibility; Experience and proficient skills in MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio); Experience with a local\/international NGO a plus.<\/p>\n<p><b>Required Personal Skills:\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nGood planning, communication, organizational, customer service skills.
