He\/She will work in close collaboration with the project team members in receiving and analyzing laboratory data and monitor performance.<\/p>\n<p><b>Duties and responsibilities;\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n\uf0b7 Provide overall leadership in the statistical analysis of data including data management<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Provide coordination of project monitoring and reporting activities<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Build capacity of project staff to set a functional groundwork for efficient data collection, compilation and timely reporting at site level<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ensure completeness and comprehensiveness of project routine reports to respond to stakeholders<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Perform statistical analysis of data collected from the facilities and assess the progress in achievements of project targets<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation framework of the project including indicator mapping<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Develop and implement SOP for how data for each indicator are to be collected, managed, verified and used at each level of the health information system<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Develop and implement a capacity building plan for other technical staff to improve their analysis skills<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Participate in developing and implementation of data quality assurance mechanisms<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Develop and facilitate implementation of M&amp;E reporting calendar and coordinate reporting activities during reporting period<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Prepare qualitative quarterly, semiannual and annual progress reports for MoHCDGEC, partners and donor<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Participate in secondary analysis of data and writing conference abstracts and manuscripts for publications<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor<\/p>\n<p><b>Required qualifications\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n\uf0b7 A degree or master\u2019s degree in biostatistics and M&amp;E related fields<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Additional training in public health will be added advantage<br \/>\n\uf0b7 A minimum of 3 years experience in working at M&amp;E and statistical data analysis position especially in\u00a0public health settings<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Ability to work both as individual and as a team with minimum supervision<\/p>\n<p><b>Position Title: Finance and Administration Officer (1)\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Location: Dar es Salaam\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Supervisor: Senior Finance Manager<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Position Summary:\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nProject Finance and Administration officer will be working under the direct supervision of Senior Finance Manager in close collaboration with the Laboratory Service Manager. Project consumption estimates for each drug item on Monthly basis<br \/>\n2. Make order of drugs from main store of your respective district store according to anticipated Monthly requirements by filling authorized tools i.e. ordering and requisition voucher and requisitions and requesting (R &amp; R\u2019s)<br \/>\n3. Receives deliveries and counterchecks and sign off all drug deliveries<br \/>\n4. Keep records of all receipts and issues. Maintain bin card for each item and keep a running balance<br \/>\n5. Store, distribute and control the stock and ensures uninterrupted supply of drugs at all times by ensuring Max-Min stock level of 2\/1 Month at all times<br \/>\n6. Redistribute the nearly expiring drugs to sites that can consume them before the expiring dates<br \/>\n7. Controls and separate immediately the damaged and expired drugs from the shelves\/cupboard and keeps all set aside for destruction<br \/>\n8. Monitor prescriptions from dully authorized prescribers for appropriateness and discrepancies<br \/>\n9. Dispense\/refill all prescriptions<br \/>\n10. Provide medication adherence counseling to patients<br \/>\n11. Maintain records of all drugs issued to patients to dispensing register, paper based and or software<br \/>\n12. Prepare and submit Monthly drugs consumption report which includes stock level and number of patients on ARVs per regimen to district Supply Chain officer before 5th of the next Month<br \/>\n13. Provide drugs information\u2019s to patients including other member of the clinical staff<br \/>\n14. Maintains confidentiality and keeps patient information and records secure<br \/>\n15.
