Marketing Officer contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns.<br \/>\nTasks can involve:<\/p>\n<p>JOB DETAILS<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- linkAD.2 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3390598296\" data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nIdentify and analyses an organization\u2019s strengths and weaknesses, and respond to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment and set goals for market share and growth<\/p>\n<p>Develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting WASSHA products and services to those markets<br \/>\nRecruit, evaluate and support potential agents who can be WASSHA agents before installation.<\/p>\n<p>Install whole WASSHA equipment\u2019s into potential agents and train operators who are in charge at shops.<br \/>\nSupport WASSHA agents in order to solve their challenges and increase the sales after installation.<\/p>\n<p>Work on developing new WASSHA products and advice an approach to pricing and set prices for products and services<br \/>\nDevelop plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and sales management of WASSHA<\/p>\n<p>Undertake WASSHA marketing audits to monitor sales performance; while maintaining and updating customer databases<br \/>\nLiaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, and colleagues,<br \/>\nCommunicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;<br \/>\nWriting and proofreading copies of WASSHA adverts, fliers and marketing materials<br \/>\nLiaising with designers and printers to get a recommendable and acceptable WASSHA work design;<\/p>\n<p>Attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions which are beneficial to the company;<br \/>\nConducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups;<\/p>\n<p>Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies;<br \/>\nEvaluating marketing campaigns;<br \/>\nMonitoring competitor activity;<br \/>\nSupporting the marketing director and other colleagues.<br \/>\nAny other assignments as may be given by your superior.<\/p>\n<p>Education and Experience<br \/>\ni. BSc\/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field<br \/>\nii. Proven experience as marketing officer or similar role of not less than 2 years<br \/>\niii. Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles<br \/>\niv. Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods<br \/>\nv. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software<br \/>\nvi. Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics<br \/>\nvii. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills<br \/>\nviii. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities<br \/>\nix. Creativity and commercial awareness<br \/>\nx.
