The company is looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join the team in either of the positions described below in Tanzania.<\/p>\n<p>Job Title: Branch Sales Team Leader<\/p>\n<p>Reporting to: Zonal Sales Manager(s)<\/p>\n<p>Work stations:<br \/>\ni. Kigoma Branch(1 post)<br \/>\nii. Sumbawanga Branch(1 post)<br \/>\niii. Dar es Salaam(1 post)<\/p>\n<p>Job Purpose:<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- linkAD.2 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3390598296\" data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nSupport sales operations of the company by recruiting, training, supervising and supporting Sales agents to achieve the set sales targets of the branch.<\/p>\n<p>Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Recruit, train, supervise, support capable sales agents by way of practical field coaching, generating sales leads, and weekly training sessions.<br \/>\nSales Planning and field sales supervision.<br \/>\nPreparation of comprehensive periodic operational reports.<br \/>\nAchieve monthly sales target set for the branch.<br \/>\nLoan recoveries<\/p>\n<p>Minimum academic and\/or Professional qualification<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor degree in any business related field.<br \/>\nMust have passion for sales and customer service, with excellent communication and leadership skills<br \/>\nMinimum of two years\u2019 experience in a busy marketing and sales environment<br \/>\nComputer literacy<br \/>\nAge between 25 and 30 years<br \/>\nHave good levels of written and spoken English<br \/>\nAn applicant should indicate his\/her preferred work station.
