Founded in 1987, CUAMM focuses on designing health system strengthening projects, with particular attention to the needs of women and children. and tailored to the specific needs of the countries where the organization carries out projects Through its evidence based approach, CUAMM works to remove the barriers preventing communities from accessing health services, and to improve the quality of the same services, to achieve accessible, quality and equitable healthcare for ever yoriv.<\/p>\n<p>ALL JOBS APPLY ONLINE<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- linkAD.2 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3390598296\" data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nJOB TITLE<\/p>\n<p>HIV Testing and Counselling Provider OVERALL GOAL OF THE JOB<br \/>\nThe HIV Testing and Counselling Provider IS responsible for the implementation of the HIV test campaigns and for the establishment jnd woll functioning of a linkaoe network botwocn the campaigns and the HUBs and other facilities in the oren The HIV testing and counselling provider will also support the project management in data collection.<br \/>\nS\/he is responsible, together with the management of the project, of the image and reputation of the NfiO locally<\/p>\n<p>PROJECT<\/p>\n<p>The Test and Treat Project in Shmyanga and Simiyu Regions<\/p>\n<p>MAIN TASKS<\/p>\n<p>Ensuring that patients will receive appropriate care and counselling during tte tost campaigns<br \/>\nEducating patients about all aspects of HIV disease and treatment management, as well as basic healthy lifestyles<br \/>\nCounselling patients Oh HIV diagnosis, management of medications, medication and clinic follow up adherence, psychosocial issues, and basic health self- care.<br \/>\nCounselling and educating family members and care givers to promote secondary prevention of HIV infection, to improve the care of patients with HIV. and to strengthen social support networks of patients<br \/>\nTO link the HIV+ patients with the other available facilities providing HIV care and follow them during the beginning of the treatment<br \/>\nFilling In the reporting registers and other request documentation<br \/>\nSupporting the Test Coordinator and Community Coordinator in monthly data collection and report writing<br \/>\nSupporting the Test Coordinator and Community<br \/>\nCoordinator in the test campaigns organization, planning and implementation<br \/>\nSupport the other staff (CUAMM Staff. HUBS Staff.
