To manage the Officers diary<br \/>\nii. To attend telephone calls<br \/>\niii. To attend visitors<br \/>\niv. To manage records movement<br \/>\nv. To write minutes during meetings<br \/>\nvi. To type documents<br \/>\nvii. To perform such other related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n<p>DRIVER (3 POSTS)<br \/>\nDUTY STATION: SINGIDA MUNICIPAL, MKALAMA and MANYONI<br \/>\nEDUCATION\/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\ni. A National Form IV Certificate<br \/>\nii. A valid class C Driving license issued by relevant authority<br \/>\niii. A Trade test Grade III in motor vehicle mechanics<br \/>\niv. Fluent in both Kiswahili and English<br \/>\nAge limit: Not above 45 years of Age<\/p>\n<p>EDUCATION\/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\ni. Drives Agency motor vehicle<br \/>\nii. Maintains the vehicle logbook<br \/>\niii. Undertake motor vehicle services<br \/>\niv. Maintain safety and cleanliness of the motor vehicle<br \/>\nv. Delivers and collects mail and goods<br \/>\nvi.
