The project manager will lead a team of other<br \/>\nproject staff and offer them technical support in project implementation geared towards<br \/>\naccelerating TB case detection and management. The project officer will lead implementation and reporting of<br \/>\nproject activities, expenditure, outputs and outcomes in assigned region(s). is responsible in coordinating program monitoring and reporting<br \/>\nactivities for TB project this include both HIV and TB interventions<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Provide technical assistance in strengthening the national TB\/HIV M&amp;E system.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Build capacity of project officers and collaborators on functional groundwork for efficient<br \/>\ndata collection, compilation and timely reporting at site level.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Develop and implement Monitoring and evaluation framework for project including<br \/>\nindicator definitions, mapping and means of collection.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOP) for how data for each<br \/>\nindicator are to be collected, managed, verified and used at each level of the health<br \/>\ninformation system.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Develop and facilitate implementation of M&amp;E reporting calendar<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Coordinate reporting activities during reporting period including aligning
