She\/ He should have a minimum\u00a0 of four years of related working experience and must be an advocate of the High Court<\/p>\n<p><b>DUTIES<\/b><br \/>\n1) Reviews and processes Applications for gaming licenses<br \/>\n2) Develop and maintain data base of gaming licensees.<br \/>\n3) Conducts regular reviews of the gaming legislation.<br \/>\n4) Attends to dispute resolution.<br \/>\n5) Provides advice on adequacy of various legal documents involving the Board<br \/>\n6) Conducts background investigation on applicants of gaming license<br \/>\n7) Formulates legal defense and prosecution for cases involving the Board.<br \/>\n8) Provides professional legal advice on legal matters involving the Board<br \/>\n9) Prepares and maintains Minutes of Management or Board meetings<br \/>\n10) Attends court cases on behalf of Gaming Board<br \/>\n11) Performs other relevant duties as may be assigned by her\/his supervisor.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- linkAD.2 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3390598296\" data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\n<b>2.0 MOTOR VEHICLE DRIVER II (2 POSTS)<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>QUALIFICATIONS\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nApplicants should be holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination, Class&#8217;C&#8217; Driving Licence and Trade Test Grade III.\u00a0 Applicants should have a driving experience of not less than three years.
