NGSS 6 (1)\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nDuty Station: Dar es Salaam<br \/>\nReports to: Marketing Manager<\/p>\n<p>2.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\nThe successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties;<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for all livestock statistics, preparation of monthly marketing reports.<br \/>\n\u2022 Canvass for markets for livestock and livestock products.<br \/>\n\u2022 Makes transport arrangements for livestock sales deliveries to customers.<br \/>\n\u2022 To perform any other official duties as may be assigned from time to time by one&#8217;s reporting officer.<\/p>\n<p>2.2 QUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\nHolder of a Degree in Marketing or equivalent or Commerce, Business Administration or Economics with bias in Marketing or equivalent who has three years satisfactory service in that grade.<\/p>\n<p>2.3 SALARY<br \/>\nAn attractive Salary in the Scale NGSS 6.<\/p>\n<p>3.0 ACCOUNTANT GRADE II &#8211; NGSS 6 &#8211;<br \/>\n(2) Duty Station: Missenyi Ranch (1) Kalambo Ranch (1)<br \/>\nReports to: Ranch Manager<\/p>\n<p>3.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintain main ledgers<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparation of Final Accounts<br \/>\n\u2022 On the job training for accounts staff<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparation of staff salaries and remunerations<br \/>\n\u2022 Authorized payment<br \/>\n\u2022 Deals with matters relating to foreign exchange control, all bank documents and taxation.<br \/>\n\u2022 An Accountant may be assigned to guide the budget committee in preparation of budget programme.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepares budget in Consultation with Planning Section and interprets their financial implications.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensures financial budget control.<br \/>\n\u2022 To perform any other official duties as may be assigned from time to time by one&#8217;s reporting officer. \u2022 To advise ranch managers on all financial matters.<\/p>\n<p>3.2 QUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\nAdvanced Diploma or equivalent, who has successfully completed at least three years&#8217; service in that grade, who has acquired ATEC II\/I or equivalent.<\/p>\n<p>3.3 SALARY<br \/>\nAn attractive Salary in the Scale NGSS 6.<\/p>\n<p><b>4.0 ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT GRADE II &#8211; NGSS 4 &#8211; (1)\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nDuty Station- Ranch<br \/>\nReports to &#8211; Ranch Manager<\/p>\n<p>4.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n\u2022 Carries out a variety of accounting tasks including receiving and paying out cash and cheques, maintaining full and accurate records.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepares final reconciliation, posting and balancing ledger accounts.<br \/>\n\u2022 To perform any other official duties as may be assigned from time to time by one&#8217;s reporting officer.<\/p>\n<p>4.2 QUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\nForm IV\/VI, ATEC II\/Ordinary Diploma with working experience of 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>4.3 SALARY<br \/>\nAn attractive Salary in the Scale NGSS 4.<\/p>\n<p><b>5.0 FIELD OFFICER GRADE II &#8211; NGSS 4 &#8211; (4)\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\nDuty Station &#8211; Kongwa Ranch (2), Missenyi (1) and Kalambo (1)<br \/>\nReports to &#8211; Ranch Manager<\/p>\n<p>5.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n\u2022 Carries out ranch management duties in a Ranch e.g. ranch administration, veterinary or range duties in a section with-at most 2,000 animals.<br \/>\n\u2022 To perform any other official duties as may be assigned from time to time by one&#8217;s reporting officer.<\/p>\n<p>5.2 QUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\nHolder of a Form IV\/Form VI Certificate plus a Diploma in Veterinary Science, or Ranch Management or Animal Husbandry or Range Management from a recognized institution with at least 3 years of working experience.<\/p>\n<p>5.3 SALARY<br \/>\nAn attractive Salary in the Scale NGSS 4.<br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>6.0 SENIOR RANCH ASSISTANT GRADE II &#8211; NOSS 7<\/b><br \/>\nDuty Station- Mkata Ranch (1)<br \/>\nReports to- Ranch Manager<\/p>\n<p>6.1 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n\u2022 Supervises a number of Head persons taking care of 1200 heads of cattle.<br \/>\n\u2022 Responsible for the health of animals<br \/>\n\u2022 Administers drugs, dipping routines, A.I, Stud Herd and Marketing duties.<br \/>\n\u2022 To perform any other official duties as may be assigned from time to time by one&#8217;s reporting officer as for Ranch Assistant Grade I at a more responsible level.<\/p>\n<p>6.2 QUALIFICATIONS<br \/>\nForm IV\/VI who has 3 years satisfactory service in that grade.
