Scaffold inspection\/training Certificate, Training course, and recognized safety training certificate. Recognized assessor qualification<\/p>\n<p>Experience:<br \/>\n10 years of Supervisory role, 5 years training, 8 years Trade<br \/>\nA. Managerial: Supervisory and delegation<br \/>\nB. Physical: Mobile crane operation, rigging and Scaffold erection.<br \/>\nC. Computational: Ability to use and understand load charts.<br \/>\nD. Oral: Good communication skills<br \/>\nE. Coaching: Proven training skills.<br \/>\nF. Written: Ability to compile written reports.<\/p>\n<p>Purpose of the Role: To insure the safe and efficient deployment of rigging staff and equipment. Conduct operator and rigger training. Design and set up equipment controls and registers.<\/p>\n<p>Main or Key Accountabilities:<\/p>\n<p>PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/p>\n<p>Manage the setting up and reviewing of documented company rigging safety procedures.<br \/>\nEnsure that all safety procedures are followed, and coach subordinates about safety.<br \/>\nSet up and Manage Lifting equipment register and Crane booking system.<br \/>\nRegister and inspect rigging equipment regularly and record all inspections. Sign off on inspections.<br \/>\nSet up Operator training Modules, for mobile cranes and pendant type overhead cranes.<br \/>\nConduct training for Mobile cranes hydraulic, lattice boom,and overhead cranes.<br \/>\nAccess Crane operators competency.<br \/>\nSet up Rigger training Modules and conduct courses.<br \/>\nSet up Scaffold erection training Modules and conduct courses.<br \/>\nInspect and approve scaffold towers.<br \/>\nOversee all heavy lifts and confirm lifting radius and weights.
