the project aims to stabilize and improve the nutritional status of Nduta and Mtendeli refugee Camps<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block; text-align: center;\" data-ad-layout=\"in-article\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3464335665\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><br \/>\nMajor Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that district health management team, DNuOs, health care providers and community volunteers trained on nutritional activities for Supplementary Feeding Programs<br \/>\n\u2022 Participatory action plans developed to address barriers to adoption of improved nutrition practices<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with the WVT Kigoma emergency response Team including Project Manager, and Refugee Nutrition Volunteers and others such as DNuOs and nutrition stakeholders to implement the SFP towards the improvement of the nutritional status of the targeted beneficiaries<br \/>\n\u2022 Conduct relevant nutrition information for children under five, pregnant and lactating women and other relevant groups, information management, reporting, and gender-responsive analysis<br \/>\n\u2022 Refugee Nutrition Volunteers supervised and supported in delivering nutrition services in the implementation area<br \/>\n\u2022 Communities trained and implementing context-appropriate community-based strategies such as CMAM for prevention and rehabilitation of malnutrition<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with regional and district health teams to ensure that Health workers trained on context appropriate for SFP and other services including referral for severely malnourished cases<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with regional and district health teams, Project Manager and other project staff to ensure that camps assessed and equipped to provide supplementary foods<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that Communities trained on good hygiene and environmental health techniques that positively affect nutrition status which include use potable and drinking water<br \/>\n\u2022 Food supplements available and distributed to PLW and CU5 and other relevant vulnerable such as PLWHAs<br \/>\n\u2022 Collaborate with LGA to ensure that Government engaged in Burundian Refugee Emergency Response, strategies and protocols for improving nutrition policies and practices<br \/>\n\u2022 Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications: Education\/Knowledge\/Technical Skills and Experience<br \/>\nThe following may be acquired through a combination of formal or self-education, prior experience or on-the-job training:<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Human nutrition or Food Science or Advanced Diploma in clinical medicine, nursing with working experience of not less than 2 years in nutrition or related field.<\/p>\n<p>Preferred: Holder of BA degree in Social Sciences, Law or related fields is an added advantage<br \/>\nExperience: 2-3 years in supervisory\/managerial role in military\/security.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Skills in Programming.<br \/>\n\u2022 Computer skills and statistical package.<br \/>\n\u2022 Skills in report writing<br \/>\n\u2022 Skills in community mobilization and facilitation<br \/>\n\u2022 Analytical skills including CMAM Database<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- linkAD.2 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3390598296\" data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"httpsss:\/\/careers.wvi.org\/jobs\/tanzania\/health\/nutrition-officer\/9228\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/b><b><a href=\"httpsss:\/\/careers.wvi.org\/jobs\/tanzania\/health\/nutrition-officer\/9228\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">CLICK HERE TO APPLY<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"httpss:\/\/www.unistoretz.com\/magazine\/best-job-application-cover-letters-examples-killers-cover-letters-for-job-applicationany-hiring-manager-can-appreciate\/\">HOW TO WRITE A CV AND JOB APPLICATION LETTER???
