School of Engineering &amp; Technology<br \/>\ni) Eligibility for Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering (BCA \/ B.Tech Courses)<br \/>\n\u2022 Principal passes in Mathematics and Physics with minimum Admission<br \/>\npoints of 4. Those without a subsidiary pass in Chemistry at A\u201f level must<br \/>\nhave a credit pass in Chemistry at O\u201f level<br \/>\n\u2022 Diploma in Engineering with an average of \u201cB\u201d or GPA of 3.0 or FTC with an<br \/>\naverage of \u201cB\u201d.<br \/>\nii) Eligibility for Master\u2019s Degree in Engineering (M.Tech Courses)<br \/>\n\u2022 Applicant must have passed at Upper Second Class in the Bachelor Degree<br \/>\nfrom a recognized University.<br \/>\niii) Eligibility for Master\u2019s Degree in Science (M.Sc Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics<br \/>\nCourses)<br \/>\n\u2022 Applicant must have passed at Upper Second Class in the Bachelor Degree<br \/>\nfrom a recognized University<br \/>\nB. School of Law<br \/>\ni) Eligibility for Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Law (L.L.B.)<br \/>\n\u2022 Two principal passes in Geography, History, Kiswahili, English Language,<br \/>\nFrench or Economics with minimum Admission points of 4. School of Fashion &amp; Textile<br \/>\nEligibility for Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Fashion Designing (B.Sc)<br \/>\n\u2022 Two principal passes in Science or Arts subjects including Fine Arts with<br \/>\nminimum Admission points of 4. Candidates must have passes in Chemistry at<br \/>\nO\u201f level and Mathematics at O\u201f level or Basic Applied Mathematics at A\u201f level.<br \/>\n\u2022 Diploma\/FTC in Sciences or Laboratory Technology, with a Credit Pass in<br \/>\nMathematics and an overall average of B+ with GPA not less than 3.5 or B+<br \/>\ngrade or distinction or B average for FTC AND five passes with at least three<br \/>\ncredits at\u201e O\u201f Level.<br \/>\nE. School of Management<br \/>\n(i)Eligibility for Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration (BBA)<br \/>\n\u2022 Two principal passes in any subjects with minimum Admission points of 4. If<br \/>\none of the principal passes is not Mathematics, an applicant must have a<br \/>\nsubsidiary in Mathematics at A\u201f level or pass in Mathematics at O\u201f level<br \/>\n\u2022 Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce or Procurement and Logistics<br \/>\nManagement, Accountancy, Banking and Finance, Marketing, or Economics<br \/>\nwith an average of \u201cB\u201d or GPA of 3.0 and four passes at O\u201f level with an<br \/>\naverage of \u201cB\u201d or GPA of 3.0 and four passes at O\u201f level.<br \/>\n(ii)Eligibility for Bachelor of Commerce (Hons)<br \/>\n\u2022 Two principal passes in any subjects with minimum Admission points of 4.<br \/>\nThose without a principal pass or a subsidiary pass in Mathematics must have<br \/>\na credit pass in Mathematics at O\u201f level.<br \/>\n\u2022 Any diploma with GPA not less than 3.5 or B+ grade or distinction. The grade<br \/>\nin Statistics or Mathematics or Quantitative methods in the diploma must be<br \/>\n&#8220;C\u201f or better or at least a Credit at O&#8217; Level. AND five passes with at least three<br \/>\ncredits at \u201eO\u201f Level.<br \/>\n(iii)Eligibility for Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)<br \/>\n\u2022 Applicant must have graduated with an Upper second class degree from a<br \/>\nrecognized university.<br \/>\nF. Hospitality<br \/>\n(i)Eligibility for Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Hotel Management (BHM)<br \/>\n\u2022 Two principal passes in Biology\/ Geography\/ Chemistry\/ Physics\/ Science and<br \/>\nPractice in Agriculture\/Mathematics\/Food and Nutrition\/Home Economics.<br \/>\nCandidates with passes in Economics, Commerce or English\/French\/Spanish also<br \/>\nqualify as long as they have in addition a pass in Biology at O\u201f level.<br \/>\n\u2022 Diploma in Tourism, Hotel Management, Catering, Nutrition, Home Economics,<br \/>\nAgriculture, Education, Forestry, or Wildlife Management with an average of \u201cB\u201d<br \/>\nor GPA of 3.0 and four passes in science subjects at O\u201f level.<br \/>\n(ii)Eligibility for Masters in Hotel Management (MHM)<br \/>\n\u2022 A Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.) from a recognized University.<br \/>\nG. School of Architecture and Planning<br \/>\nEligibility for Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)<br \/>\n\u2022 Two principal passes in any of the following: Mathematics, Physics,<br \/>\nChemistry, Biology, Geography or Fine Art with minimum Admission points of<br \/>\nfour. If one of the principal passes is not Mathematics, a subsidiary pass in<br \/>\nAdvanced Mathematics\/Basic Applied Mathematics or credit pass in O-level<br \/>\nMathematics is required.<br \/>\n\u2022 Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, Civil and<br \/>\nTransportation Engineering with an average of \u201cB\u201d or GPA of 3.0 or FTC with<br \/>\nan average of \u201cB\u201d<br \/>\nH. Journalism and Mass Communication<br \/>\nEligibility for Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication<br \/>\n\u2022 Two principal passes in any subjects.
