POSITION:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1.1 CABIN CREW (88 POSTS)<\/b><br \/>\n<b>a) Qualifications<\/b><br \/>\n\uf0b7 Minimum Holder of \u201cO\u201d Level with Four passes , ONE of them<br \/>\nshould be English<br \/>\n\uf0b7 AB Initial Certificate from Recognized Aviation Institution<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Holder of a Cabin Crew Certificate from Tanzania Civil<br \/>\nAviation Authority (TCAA)<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Fluent in both written and spoken English and Swahili.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Knowledge of Extra International Language like French,<br \/>\nArabic, Chinese and Hindu will be an added advantage.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Height 5feet.2inches and above and acceptable Level of Body<br \/>\nMass Index<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Medical examination Class 2<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Aged between 18-27years for non-experienced cabin crew<br \/>\nand not above 40 years for experienced Cabin Crew<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Outgoing personality, team player, good interpersonal skills<br \/>\nand disciplined.<\/p>\n<p>B). <b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/b><br \/>\n\uf0b7 To attend pre-flight briefing and debriefing.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To carry out pre-flight duties.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To inform passengers of the aircraft safety procedures.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0b7 Ensures the safety of passengers, crew and aircraft<br \/>\nthrough adherence to Company policies and standard<br \/>\noperating procedures.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To deliver high level of passenger service and assist in<br \/>\non-time performance.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To make safety announcement and answer passenger<br \/>\nquestions during the flight.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To reassure passengers in emergency situation and<br \/>\nensure that they follow safety procedures correctly.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To promote ATCL products through effective<br \/>\ncommunication with passengers.<br \/>\n<b>2. SALARY:<\/b><br \/>\nAttractive remuneration package in accordance with the<br \/>\nCompany\u2019s Salary Scale.<br \/>\n3. <b>TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT<\/b>:<br \/>\ni) Three (3) years contract (renewable)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.
