The HIS Officer will work in close<br \/>\ncollaboration with other staff members to ensure that all Cap-TB project data well<br \/>\nrecorded in the system, design and review of different TB record and reporting<br \/>\ntool, generate and analyze data and reports and presenting data to end user and<br \/>\nmonitor and evaluate Cap-TB project activities are performed in EGPAF Tanzania\u2019s<br \/>\ncap-TB regions with required standards. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\u2022 Take lead in Monitoring implementation of the Cap-TB project activities<br \/>\n\u2022 Capacity building to sub grantees as well as EGPAF staffs at project offices<br \/>\n\u2022 Participate in report collection, compilation, analysis and submission to EGPAF<br \/>\nCountry office, HQ, donors and other stakeholders;<br \/>\n\u2022 Reviewing of all reporting tool used by EGPAF or its sub grantees where<br \/>\nnecessary<br \/>\n\u2022 Evaluation and use of data of the program to inform management of proper<br \/>\ndecision making process<br \/>\n\u2022 Support and work with Quality Improvement team to implement activities:<\/p>\n<p>Required Qualifications<br \/>\n\uf0a7 A university degree in Statistics, Health Sciences or any field providing the<br \/>\nessential skills and experience for Monitoring and Evaluation<br \/>\n\uf0a7 Three or more years work experience in monitoring and evaluation in donor<br \/>\nfunded<br \/>\nprojects, including experience with M&amp;E tools development at field and reporting<br \/>\nlevels,<br \/>\nthe DHIS, data capture and data management programs (Excel, Access, Power BI,<br \/>\netc.).<br \/>\nKnowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities<br \/>\n\u2022 Training and experience in Monitoring and Evaluation and the development of<br \/>\nM&amp;E tools;<br \/>\npreferably of HIV&amp; AIDS interventions or a related field, or otherwise the capacity<br \/>\nand<br \/>\nmotivation to acquire an in-depth knowledge of this field in a short time.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience in database management, tool development and developing and<br \/>\nconducting<br \/>\ntraining.<br \/>\n\u2022 Previous experience program monitoring and reporting; preferably under US<br \/>\nGovernment<br \/>\nregulations.<br \/>\n\u2022 Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Kiswahili); strong<br \/>\ncritical<br \/>\nthinking, problem solving and attentiveness to detail.<br \/>\n\u2022 Experience with using national CTC2 database and DHIS2<\/p>\n<p>HOW TO APPLY<\/p>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- linkAD.2 --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"3390598296\" data-ad-format=\"link\"><\/ins><\/p>\n<p>EGPAF is an equal opportunities employer and the position is open to all.
