Supervises all operational issues and ensuring the resort\u2019s Standard Operating Procedures are met and value is added to the F&amp;B objectives.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ALL JOBS APPLY THROUGH..<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-format=\"fluid\" data-ad-layout-key=\"-gy-e+2o-2k-38\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-4564014896468666\" data-ad-slot=\"9768410247\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n     (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Able to perform all P.O.S duties, including opening and closing procedures.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0To utilize up-selling and suggestive selling techniques to enhance the outlet\u2019s financial\u00a0 \u00a0performance.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Ensure high level of guests\u2019 satisfaction<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Maintain all restaurant equipment and records and ensure compliance to all standards.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Make recommendations for price and menu changes that will enhance profitability.<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Undertake assigned additional duties where required.
