MSF offers assistance to people based on need, irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation.<br \/>\nMSF is therefore guided by the principles of neutrality and impartiality.<br \/>\nThese principles must apply to all MSF staff.<\/p>\n<p>Title:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Pharmacy Storekeeper<br \/>\nDirect Reports:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Pharmacy Supervisor<br \/>\nPosition status:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Full-time<br \/>\nNationality:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Tanzanian<\/p>\n<p>Location:\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 Nduta Refugee Camp, Kibondo District<br \/>\nJob Summary<br \/>\nExecute the pharmacy\/medical warehouse storing activities in order to keep pharmacy stock above security level and following recommended conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) under the supervision of the Medical Warehouse (for OCA) or Pharmacy Supervisor, and in collaboration with the logistics team.<\/p>\n<p>Required Criteria<br \/>\nMinimum Educational Qualification: Essential, secondary school. Desirable, medical related studies.<br \/>\n(NOTE: Those without minimum qualification need not apply)<br \/>\nExperience: At least 2 years of previous experience in relevant position (previous experience in other NGO\u2019s an asset)<br \/>\nLanguages: English\/French (fluent, oral &amp; written). Swahili is an asset<br \/>\nCompetences: Results, teamwork, flexibility, commitment, service<\/p>\n<p>Main Responsibilities<br \/>\no\u00a0 \u00a0Supervise material orders and dispatching in order to ensure rational use.<br \/>\no\u00a0 \u00a0Receive orders and deliveries, identifying potential disparities against cargo manifest or others and reporting them, and store materials.<br \/>\no\u00a0 \u00a0Follows up stock levels with regards to alarms thresholds, stock out, expiry dates and drugs to expire in the following 6 months.<br \/>\no\u00a0 \u00a0Ensure correct filling in of entries on the stock cards and software<br \/>\no\u00a0 \u00a0Prepare orders of the different consumption units (departments, wards, other), ensuring the packaging and proper dispatching.
